A young woman named Aubrey Fleming (Lindsay Lohan) falls victim to a sadistic kidnapper. But when she reappears, she surprisingly claims to be someone else entirely.
Molly is struggling with being a new mom and she confides in her new friend Beth that she’s been having ’emotional issues’ since the birth of her child. Beth comforts Molly in saying that she, too, has had the same problems. But it turns out that Beth is seriously disturbed and suffers from something more than postpartum depression.
Story centers on a traumatized woman fleeing from her abusive ex-husband with her 7-year-old son. In their new, remote sanctuary they find they have a bigger, more terrifying monster to deal with.
