The movie focuses on Chicklet Forrest, a sixteen-year old tomboy with a split personality who’s desperate to be part of the in-crowd of Malibu beach surfers. And when a few severed body parts are found, she becomes the suspect.
Set in three different time periods of these people’s lives; teenage youth at an arts camp, college years and life out of college, the film tells the story of a group of teenagers who meet at an arts camp and become life-long friends.
