Teenager Les Anderson thinks his life can’t get any worse after he flunks his driver’s exam, but he’s wrong. When he decides to go for a night on the town with his friends, Les secretly steals his grandfather’s immaculate 1972 Cadillac for the adventure, and here comes the worse.
Lucas is an unusually bright teenager whose nerdy looks and meek demeanor make him a favorite target for bullies. Lucas then experiences heartbreak for the first time when his two best friends, Cappie, an older-brother figure, and Maggie, the new girl with whom he is in love, fall for each other.
The movie follows an undercover teen of the dismal future who works under cover with area police to reveal the para-military gang as he joins the gang, who push a drug called mist, in exchange for a better life for his brother.
